Maxine went bonkers for her cousin Will. And bonkers is the absolute most accurate term. Maxine was just over 6-months at out last visit. And what a difference a few months makes. 

He got some of the biggest smiles my girl has to offer. And she aped him whenever she could keep up.

He was equally smitten with her. Hugs, hugs and more hugs. Unprompted whispers of “Maxiney, I love you.” 

My niece was less taken. My sister said Rachel probably views Maxine as competition for Grandma time. Not much gets by Rachel so, that’s likely true. If she whispered anything to Maxine, it’s best no one heard it.
