Arguably the best room in the house. Hands-down the best tenant in the house.

Not Bubbs. She’s one-dart-out-the-door, pick-the-furniture, cry-in-your-face-at-6am away from eviction. Okay, that last one could really go for either of them, but my gal Maxine is here to stay. 

All the pieces were transplants from the old house. But, like everything, the whole set looks way better here. 

And, yes, that is a toy gas pump. And she loves it.
