A return trip to the swings and grass of Smith’s Play Place. This time with Job in tow and a coffee truck awaiting our arrival. Their coffee was so good it made me feel weird.

Job gave the playgrounds two thumbs up. Well, he didn’t literally give it two thumbs up. Nor did he actually even use that terminology but he was impressed. He went on to tell friends about this netted monstrosity. And why they don’t add this to the website I’ll never know:

"Your kid could fall and break their neck playing on it but they’d never hit the ground."

Ah, Job. Two thumbs up.

Despite the chill of my iced coffee, this momma’s heart is always warm when watching these two. Him bending over to dotingly roll up the legs of her pants. Her grabbing on to the brim of his hat. It’s the comfort of each other displayed in everyday actions that breaks my heart in the good way.
