Bubbs tolerates her advances much more than the other cat. But it’s merely out of stubbornness.

She’d finally had enough the other day and swatted Maxine. It is the first of many claws this kid will take. That’s just part and parcel for life with cats. But, whoa. Great heaving sobs. I think she was more scared than hurt. All quickly returned to normal. Maxine still pursues her and Bubbs still stands her ground.
