I had an early meeting last week so I was tucked away in the office while Job readied Maxine for daycare. Thankfully I could still hear their one-sided banter and at some point Maxine lost a shoe. Job searched for the shoe and finally resolved to put on a different pair.

Later that evening Maxine revealed where she had put the shoe.
